67 Before I was afflicted I went astray,
but now I obey your word.
but now I obey your word.
Before I learned to answer you, I wandered all over the place,
but now I’m in step with your Word.
but now I’m in step with your Word.
Oh how I try to stay in step with God's word. Most days I can do that, but often times I do find myself off a step or two. I pray that God guides me always.
ReplyDeleteI have often been encouraged by God's Word when going through tough times. In fact, it is because of those times when I had to rely on His strength that God's Word became so precious to me. If the Word is in your mind and heart, affliction can bring out the best in you. If not, it may bring out the worst in you. With God's help, I can learn important lessons while I am aflicted just like Paul did. I need to Fully Rely on God and I learn how to do that by depending on His Word!
