Psalm 119:109

109 Though I constantly take my life in my hands,
I will not forget your law.

Does this mean that sometimes we take life for granted? We forget to thank the one who grants us time of earth.
ReplyDeleteSo true, and I think it is actually God that we take for granted. When we spend too much of our time, energy and thoughts on things of this world, we actually are taking the control away from Him. We aren't relying or depending on Him. I am constantly taking my life into my hands when I focus on my to do lists without spending time with Him and asking Him to lead me. I need God's Word to guide me on a daily basis.
